Jada Maynard is the Owner and Licensed Broker of Maynard Property Group LLC, a boutique real estate brokerage in Palm Harbor. A true Florida native, Jada lives only minutes from her office with her husband and their three daughters, giving her a deep-rooted connection and genuine passion for the community she serves.

 

With over 15 years of experience, Jada brings a highly knowledgeable perspective to every transaction. She began her career in 2011 after graduating from the University of South Florida and working at a local law firm, where she developed a strong foundation in contracts and client advocacy. She then earned her Sales Associate license through the Bob Hogue School of Realty and quickly immersed herself in the industry.

Raised by parents who are both licensed contractors, she grew up surrounded by construction, development, and an understanding of what truly makes a home.
