My name is Jada Maynard and I am the Owner and Licensed Broker for Maynard Property Group LLC in downtown Palm Harbor. I am a true Florida native, born and raised, and currently reside with my husband and two daughters just minutes from my office in this beautiful town.

A little about my background... after graduating from the University of South Florida and starting work at a local law firm in 2011, I attended the Bob Hogue School of Realty where I obtained my Sales Associate license. Real estate has always been in my blood, as my mother and father are both licensed contractors and I grew up in the trade. Fast forward to 2023, I further extended my knowledge base and attended the Tampa School of Real Estate to test for my Broker license. After practicing real estate for almost 10 years and having the opportunity to work with so many incredible Buyers and Sellers, I have now opened my own boutique real estate brokerage. Taking care of those we work with every step of the way and ensuring that they feel more than cared for, means everything to me.
